Who is Intelligent Menus for?

Intelligent Menus is used by food and drink distributors around the world. If you supply your customers with menus, we can help you save up to 60% of the cost. If you’re tired of using expensive graphic designers, or designing and printing menus yourself in-house, Intelligent Menus is for you.


How does Intelligent Menus work?

We create a website for your company where you can design menus in a matter of minutes. Our leading software uses your own product database to make it easier and faster than ever to create and order menus. You don’t need to be a designer, and you don’t need any special software. Just login, design your menu, then checkout.


How do I send you my database of products?

You can send us an Excel file or any spreadsheet with your product database. Usually, we need information like product name, description, category etc.


What do I pay for, and what is free?

We set up a website for you, loaded with your database of products, for free. You can design as many menus as you like for free. You only pay for the menus that you ask us to print for you.


Can I upgrade to get more design options?

If you’d like your own logo on the site, or your own custom menu design templates, you can pay a little extra for our Silver package. We can also create a bespoke, fully branded site for larger brands – see our Gold package.


Do you print the Menus in-house?

Yes, we do. We print the orders you place on Intelligent Menus in-house on our HP Indigo digital presses. Doing so gives us total control over the quality of your Menus, and ensures a fast turnaround for your customers.


Can I choose different designs and paper?

Yes. We have a range of professionally designed wine list templates for you to choose from, and offer gloss or matt laminate finishing. All of our Menus are printed on 350gsm silk paper.


Who uses Intelligent Menus to design Menus?

Some of our customers have a dedicated member of staff at HQ who places all menu orders. This works well when you have a sales team of up to 20. For larger customers, each salesperson can have their own login and order for their own customers. They are allocated a specific budget to help you manage your budgets.


How long does it take to print the Menus once I’ve ordered them?

We dispatch most orders within 48 hours. You can choose express shipping, which arrives 1 business day after we ship the order, or standard shipping, which can take 2-3 days from our shipping date.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. We’ve printed orders for customers in the UK, Ireland, Europe and the USA.
